Recently, we have developed a mobile banking app using the PowerCARD APIs that allows our customers to make payments, check statements and balances anywhere in the world 24/7 at the touch of a button. Your play and ticket balance is safe, all you need to do is bring in your old physical powercard and have that transferred to the new powercard at the cash. I lost my powercard and didn’t register it – how can I retrieve balances?Ī powercard or registered information is compulsory for switching all balance to the new powercard. If a customer however loses their powercard we will charge AED 5, same as before. This covers all Kiddie rides, Big rides, Video games, Novelty games, and Redemption games and the soft play area.Īll old powercards will be replaced for a new one free of charge. The powercard is used for all rides and games in Fun Ville.Īll you need to do is tap the card reader to start the ride or game. Once confirmed the balance will be transferred to a new card. The old powercard is needed to make the transfer, if you have registered your powercard kindly share the mobile number registered to retrieve your details. I do not have my powercard but it is registered.
